where can i buy an umbrella rig and how do i use it?

im fishing for srtipers off lake allatoona and i couldnt find any at di cks sporting goods so where can i buy them and if they are at di cks and i just couldnt find them tell me also once i have 1 i have no idead how to use it is it the same as regular fishing how do u set the hook do u have to have a special pole do u need to no a special technique and the best person to answer those questions get best answer (10 points)
