Barracuda small tuna sheep head bonito sand bass HELP!?

I am looking to buy a rod and reel for saltwater fishing off a boat for mostly barracuda sand bass and such but want it to handle a 20-60 pound tuna I would use it on daveys locker sport fishing trips???

Anyone have a recommendation for cheap reel/rod combo?

I have 3 reels, two lights and a medium-heavy.
Zebco 33 on a medium-heavy Shakespeare rod for carp/catfishing.
Shakspeare 15 durango combo, for panfish, bass and occasionally carp.
Zebco RZ Series combo for panfish, and occasionally bass.
I want a good, cheap bass combo, or another good carp combo.

what open face saltwater reel is recomended fot Berkley’s 6 foot lightnin’ rod 10lb. line maximum?

I suggest you look into getting a size 2000 series reel (of whatever brand you prefer, Daiwa is just my personal preference). Something like this Team Daiwa Tierra Spinning Reel 2000 or 2500 (makes longer casting easier):
