i need help dating this fishing reel?
i know its a penn 4/0 tuna fishing reel but i can't find anything on this design

Take a picture of the side of the reel opposite of the handle, as close a possible.
The older ones had a plate like this

Its collector value is limited, as well. I wish I could be of more help, there was a guy who had a nice website to help ID penns but its gone. I can tell you that their value is limited, practical and collector.
